Environmental protection problem is the main problem that the society pays close attention to all the industries in the present society, the power generation in the electric power industry is the high pollution production type. Boiler is one of the most important devices in power production. The circulating fluidized bed boiler(CFB)is widely used because of its wide adaptability, high combustion efficiency, easy setting up simple and effective desulfurization and denitrification system, load adjustment range and so on.This paper based on the production practice of 220t/h CFB boiler, introduces the main types of circulating fluidized bed boiler of the basic principles, development status and production practice in fault, boiler of the wear failure issues in-depth study.The paper study the circulating ash, wind speed and temperature influence on boiler wear, the metal craft processing, to optimize the design of the structure, optimizing the operation parameters, such as anti grinding method, and combined with the actual production, from safety and economic point of view is given of boiler fault processing method and anti abrasion measures.This paper points out the empty bed resistance test to control boiler circulation significance of ash, clear the core of wear control means; boiler tube and its ancillary equipment material overheating and failure mechanism are discussed; and analysis of the steam pipe expansion anomaly caused by the loss of efficiency and prevention measures, in-depth study of the circulating ash quantity control, low bed pressure plates grinding control and spraying wear preventive control measures.In this paper the engineering practice based, discussed in the implementation of the boiler failure under controlled conditions and measures, promote the circulating fluidized bed boiler for a long period of time, stability and economic operation that discussed the technology can be widely used. At the same time, it points out the problems that need to be explored deeply in the research field.
