Energy is the basic driving force of economic and social development,and electric power has always been an important element of economic operation.In recent years,although nuclear power,wind power and solar power generation have gradually increased in the share of electricity,but in a quite long period of time,thermal power generation is still dominant.Boiler is the key equipment of thermal power generation;the leakage of pressure pipeline is the biggest hidden trouble of boiler safe operation.Combined with the research task of Jilin Provincial Science and Technology Development Plan Project "Application Research of Intelligent Boiler Pressure Pipeline Leakage Detection Technology"(Project No.: 20190302063GX),this paper makes an in-depth study on the collection,analysis and field transmission technology of boiler pressure pipeline leakage signal.A leakage monitoring system of intelligent boiler pressure pipeline based on fieldbus is proposed.The system includes leakage signal acquisition terminal,main control unit,monitoring center display alarm device.The leakage signal acquisition terminal collects the leakage signal locally,and transits the collected signal information to the main control unit and leakage monitoring center through the field bus.It solves the interference problem of the traditional monitoring system due to the remote transmission of analog signals and improves the reliability of the system.A processing method of sound signal first filtering and then amplification is proposed.The sound signal is filtered by the fourth order,and then the signal is amplified,which is transmitted to the master control unit through the field bus.The signal processing circuit designed by this method effectively solves the technical problem that the background sound of the boiler drowns the initial leakage sound of the pressure pipeline,and improves the sensitivity of the system to the leakage fault detection.The STM32F373 embedded microprocessor is used in the design of micro-power consumption,which not only improves the acquisition accuracy,but also completes the fast Fourier operation in the acquisition terminal,and realizes the function of digital information transmission by the fieldbus.Using low power mode,the microprocessor and its peripheral devices are put to sleep on demand.Through this design,the power consumption of the acquisition terminal is effectively reduced,the requirements of the field cable and power supply are reduced,and the system wiring cost is greatly reduced.The research results of this paper provide a set of intelligent and digital boiler pressure pipeline monitoring system for the modern boiler production process,which can detect and alarm the leakage of the boiler pressure pipeline in time,ensure the early detection and treatment of the leakage,and finally ensure the stable operation of the boiler in thermal power generation.
