In recent years, people’s pursuit of quality of life is increasing day by day, and the quality of drinking water is also very important. As a famous mineral city in Jingyu, the location of many mineral water plant, to ensure adequate supply of quality mineral water sources has become the most important. The study by means of field investigation, hydro geological geophysical exploration, geodesic flow sampling and field vegetation quadrat investigation combined with indoor experiment and the groundwater numerical simulation in depth analysis of the crane high speed through the area of mineral water, water and vegetation along the line and soil environment influence,.The main conclusions are as follows:1) According to the data collected from the interpretation of the geophysical prospecting, it is found that the distribution of the basalt along the expressway and the water distribution along the highway is basically found out. Basalt roof along the depth of 0.6 ~ 4m, wetlands buried depth is shallow and only in the southwest infer the existence of a small fault, but highway construction through the use of wetlands viaduct to reduce of basalt with the destruction of the water and the water flowing passage. Therefore, we can say that He Dagao speed construction on groundwater recharge conditions impact is not great.2) According to the November 2014 and 2015 in March, April, July, October fifth field of spring flow measurement results, District spring water flow measurement results and five times measured means compared to the volatility in 15%, spring flow changes were in reasonable range; another root according to November 2014 and 2015 July twice sampling, analysis and evaluation of the results, the springs are class I and II water. Therefore, it is considered that the water quantity and water quality of the mineral water in the protected area are less affected by the construction of the expressway, which can guarantee the supply of the high quality water source in the area.3) According to the investigation of vegetation, soil and wetlands along the highway, the highway construction occupied and destroyed about 67hm2 forest land and 3.7 hm2 wetland. Due to the destruction of forest and occupation leads to reduce the reserve volume of water conservation is about 26.6×104t/a, the atmospheric precipitation in infiltration recharge reduced about 14.5×104m3/a; at the same time, due to destruction of wetlands and occupation leads to reserve surface runoff increased about 2.0×104m3/a. So in addition to the viaduct in wetlands, it is necessary to take measures to protect the forest and wetland conservation capacity of water, to prevent the woodland and wetland in the construction period and operation period due to mutation and environmental vandalism further damage, reduce highway building of mineral water and the surrounding ecological environment influence.4) Through in two relatively serious program of study area establish the GMS model simulation and scheme forecast results when the contamination occurred 5 days when pollution area 452.11m2, 10 days time zone mainland water are not exceeded; prediction of second program results when contamination occurred 20 days when pollution area 1693.2m2, 50 days when pollution area 2377.78m2,100 days when pollution area 3853.76m2. According to the results of the prediction of major emergencies when the highway led to the leakage of pollutants, the spread of pollutants is relatively small, the basic will not cause pollution of mineral water. But will still cause a certain degree of pollution to the water environment, even the toxic and harmful substances on the destruction of the surrounding ecological environment, thereby affecting the water conservation capacity of the surrounding woodlands and wetlands, the relevant departments must need to take a series of measures of pollution incidents that may occur in prevention and put forward the corresponding contingency plans.Study of Hegang to Dalian highway construction of Jingyu nature reserve of mineral water, water content and the surrounding ecological environment influence for water resources protection, highway design and environmental management to provide a scientific basis, so that highway construction and protection area construction to realize the sustainable development.
