With the development of economic and technology, people have higher requirements on the performance and index requirements of the cars. Among all the automotive performance of the cars, the users concern about security mostly. The car’s braking performance is closely related to the automobile safety, therefore, whether the car’s braking performance can accurately test or not has an extremely important significance. Plate brake tester is one of the main equipment for testing automobile brake performance, because of the effect of ABS, plate brake tester machine for automobile braking performance test cars and dynamic system composed of tablet with energy consumption and the tires can’t lock, causing it unable to detect the real car braking force, as a result, the use of vehicle plate brake tester has certain error detection. For the vehicles sometime may have a false judgment by plate test station detects the braking force, the paper carried on flatbed brake inspection station analysis and study of ABS braking force detection.In this paper, the author analyzed the current methods of dynamic testing and evaluation criteria and indicators for brake testing; on the basis analysis of wheel traction, ground braking force and the braking force relationship, the author established a braking force mechanical model; based on the structure and working principle plate brake inspection station and the center of gravity forward during the braking process, the author established a vehicle-flat mechanical model. The author uses the ADAMS virtual prototyping software to establish a vehicle-flat models. The vehicle model composes a brake system model, tire model, the model front, rear suspension, steering system model, dynamic system models and body model seven subsystems. Based on the joint simulation ADAMS and ADAMS/Simulink for the process of braking the vehicle, the author gets the tire slip ratio in ABS active and inactive of both cases, the value of the friction between the brake plate sensor simulation value, tire and brake plate, and the use of virtual prototyping software development Lab View braking force test system for real car comparison test, by comparing the simulation data and real vehicle data, the author validates the correctness of the above assumptions, ABS braking force for future testing and testing standards Amendment provides data and theoretical basis.
