Automobile brake is the point at which the car parking in short distance and tomaintainthe stability of a directional and when the next long slope to maintain a certain speeddriving ability. The car’s brake is an important index of automobile safety performance.Automobile ABS anti-lock braking system can significantly improve vehicle active safetyperformance, it can make maximum use of the ground braking force and reduce the vehiclespeed untile stop the car, which obviously increase the automobile braking performance,shorten braking distance, improve the driving safety of cars.At present, for equipped with ABS automobile brake performance testing and evaluation,the road test method is commonly used.Road test site, however, high cost, long testing time,the risk is high, easily affected by the surrounding environment, poor repeatability ofexperimental results. As a result, road test is not applicable to a large number of testedperiodically, is only applicable to some models of ABS matches test and some of thesampling with the car. In addition, the counterforce type roller rig test is also a kind of maindetection methods.But, in this method the detection speed is generally less than5km/h, andnow the ABS system will work under the test speed, lead to car wheels can’tlock,undetectable ABS automotive maximum braking force, so on the drum test benchtesting ABS automobile braking force, braking force test results appear easilymiscalculation.To solve above problems, this paper studies the automobile which equipped with ABS invalid and invalid conditions by the test bench detect of the braking force difference. Theprocess by using Solidworks drawing software to establish a simplified single wheelvehicle model, then using ADAMS and Simulink simulation software and the brake processof ABS car, from car ideally ABS valid and invalid under the condition of two kinds ofbraking force curve.After the real vehicle experiment, verify the correctness of the data, forfuture revision of ABS automobile braking force test and test standards to provide data andtheoretical basis.
