Contradiction rapid growth and demand for airport operations support capability between the increasingly prominent, and the airport terminal area flight efficiency and capacity has become a bottleneck in the development of the air transport industry.Communications, surveillance, navigation is the foundation of air traffic management. Air surveillance is to make air traffic management personnel to air situation can "see." With the development of navigation and positioning technology, air surveillance radar from the traditional approach has been to develop a variety of technical approaches, including: SSR, ADS-B and MLAT and so on. Combine the characteristics of different monitoring devices, airspace management deployment in a variety of surveillance equipment, surveillance systems can achieve coverage more comprehensive, more accurate, more reliable, lower operating costsHowever, due to different surveillance positioning principle, surveillance positioning data generated by these devices have different characteristics and error model, and the presence of multiple data redundancy after covering, if these data directly presented to the controller, he will see more airplane logo flashes on the screen, but these signs have different laws of error and beating, leading to control personnel can not determine and decision making. So ATC surveillance system should use high-performance computer systems, according to the rules of the monitoring data PSR, SSR, ADS and MLAT are fused to provide a unified and accurate for regulatory personnel, comprehensive and real-time monitoring of air situation data.The project addresses the traditional ground-based radar in the terminal area flight posture surveillance infrastructure requirements, deployment difficult, expensive, limited monitoring range and accuracy issues, aimed at the international terminal area monitored by ground-based radar surveillance to detect integrated joint terminal region transition to run concurrently in this development, as well as the domestic terminal area construction of a comprehensive, precise positioning of the urgent needs of the monitoring system, focusing achieve ADS-B, MLAT, secondary radar, weather radar and other multi-source monitoring information collection, integration and quality assessment technolo gy; breakthrough airspace monitoring performance monitoring technology, building performance evaluation terminal airspace surveillance and monitoring system, improve the overall level of C hina’s terminal area surveillance.This paper describes the integra tion of multi-radar data fusion methods and rules proposed in the project implementation, as well as radar and ADS-B, MLAT and other multi-source heterogeneous surveillance data; and describes the computer hardware system constructed project implementation, communication network systems and software design; Finally, statistical and analytical data fusion algorithms and verify the effectiveness of the proposed system. |
