Research On Construction Technology Of Curtain Wall Construction Technology Based On BIM Technology

BIM(Building Information Modeling) technology has been booming, which has penetrated into all areas of construction projects in recent years.Especially, there are many outstanding cases emerged in the application of curtain wall engineering, such as the double-layer glass curtain wall of Shanghai Tower. However, limited by adverse effect of traditional curtain wall design and construction integration mechanism, curtain wall design is still based on design drawings, which cannot reflect the practical situation of construction site. Besides, there are still problems of material preparation and construction process.By combining with the concrete structure and steel structure, will research and analysis the application of BIM technology in the curtain wall engineering. Furthermore, the re-exploitation of BIM software solve the problems faced in design and construction processes.The main content of this paper is summarized as follows:1. several methods of spatial measurement and location were compared for different solid constructions. By comparison, optimal measurement scheme was selected to realize spatial construction coordination location. LISP language was used to re-exploit AutoCAD to realize spatial coordination data visibility and solve the measurement error for the solid construction modeling.2. combined with BIM software and its re-exploitation, curtain wall design was investigated and optimized. Then, optimal material preparation was proposed.3. traditional curtain wall construction technique was analyzed, and effective curtain wall construction technique was proposed to carry out based on BIM technology. Besides, BIM software and its re-exploitation is favorable for visual construction simulation of curtain wall engineering,which is also advantageous to dictate and coordinate the curtain wall engineering and interior and exterior decoration engineering.
