The Research Of Jinuo’s Traditional Construction Methods

In Jinuo’s creation myth, Jinuo traditional residence have been developing for a long time since Jinuo was born. In the long time of history, without the participation of architects, the construction and the form of Jinuo traditional residence change have never stopped. In this thesis,we mainly explore how the form of Jinuo traditional residence changed over time under the dominant of folk craftsmen and what inspiration we will get through the vicissitude.Located in the hinter land of Jinuo District, Jiezhuo Mountain,Luote country,an old Jinuo village,is characterized by large mounts and various forms of the traditional residence.Therefore,the author conducted a comprehensive research based on it.After surveying and mapping of all the traditional buildings in this country,the author also conducted more in-depth interviews.Gradually,the development history of the country construction is appearing in front of us since the 1990s.The history that interwoven with the material replacement and the participation of foreign craftsmen reveals to us how the forms of Jinuo traditional residence changed under the effect of the material replacement and the cultural communication.Construction method of Jinuo traditional residence is the internal cause of the external form,and the methods used by foreign craftsmen and the local one blended into the new technology which employed by the villagers a lot in the building construction.Nowadays,new countryside-construction is in full swing,and the Jinuo traditional residence will also usher in a new change.In recent years,architects participated in the domain of the countryside construction more and more that have never been involved in before.Draw on the historical experience of building"s construction by craftsmen,the issue is becoming more and more urgent that how the architects do today in the countryside-construction.In the design and construction of the residential buildings,they not only have to focus on the extending of the traditional construction techniques,but also have to pay more attention to the improvement of the quality of the villager’s life.More than that,they also need to provide technical support in time for the countryside construction.
