With the quick development of ITS(Intelligent Transportation System), transportation equipment has been used widely at the same time. For one thing, Transportation equipment has various kinds and complex functions, which brings about incomplete monitoring problem. For another, it’s difficult to achieve the quality of service because of the lack of systematic communication methods. So it is valuable to research the maintenance and monitoring system of transportation equipment, which can monitor transportation equipment completely and has good mutual function between operation and maintenance.Firstly, this report analyzes a series of demands that needed by intelligent maintenance and monitoring system of transportation equipment. Based on those demands, this report proposes a general framework, which includes the data source layer, the collection and storage layer, the intelligent analysis layer, and the user interface layer. Then, this report analyzes each layer according to the basic composition and points out that the system mainly researches four kinds of transportation equipment, including the guiding display equipment, the geomagnetic equipment, the bayonet equipment and the electronic police equipment.Then, this report designs this system’s important modules. The system mainly researches the monitoring module and the maintenance module. The monitoring module mainly depends on the design of C++ back-end. It mainly builds ACE construction, the standard of transportation equipment’s faults, the choice of Algorithm based on those four facilities. The maintenance module depends on the design of Web front-end. It includes the design of Web layout, the construction of Web structure, the plan of operation and maintenance process and the handle of business logic.In the end, this report displays and tests the performance of intelligent maintenance monitoring platform of transportation equipment. It focuses on the communication bridge between monitoring platform and operation and maintenance platform, and the maintenance process of operation and maintenance platform. The test result proves that the intelligent maintenance and monitoring system of transportation equipment can realize operational monitoring function and operation and maintenance function, and the performance is stable as well.
