The article finishes a kind of the hydraulic equipment condition monitor method based on virtual instrument. The method takes the modern computer test technology as its foundation, combined with the virtual instrument technology, and makes the hardware and software together through computer and data acquisition card.First, comparing with the present mainstream virtual instrument platform from the performance and standard, selects the hydraulic device condition monitor based on the PXI virtual instrument and proposes the system constitution: PXI embedded controller, chassis, data acquisition card, signal conditioning and so on; the software platform is made with LabVIEW8.0 of NI Corporation The system has the function of data acquisition, data access, data real-time display, historical data reappearance, current signal demodulation, digital filter, spectral analysis, performance calculation and so on, which realizes the function the partial hardware equipment owned. This on-line monitor system software can be built as execution file of extension name .EXE, whick could also work separating from the LabVIEW environment.Next, The article unifies art neutral network technology and LabVIEW, using MATLAB Script to study the ART neutral network technology applied to the motor failure diagnosis. It extracts the breakdown indication from vibration signal. After diagnosed by the neutral network intelligence module, it produces the breakdown type of actuator motor and realizes the duty of Three-Phase Asynchronous Motor breakdown diagnosis.Then, Purpletooth 2.4G Hz wireless modem may realize the data long-distance transmission through the RS232 serial.Finally, this article selects flow, pressure, temperature, voltage, current the five signals to do the real-time acquisition and data processing at the hydraulic dynamic system multisource diagnosis information acquisition laboratory bench funded by NSFC. It confirms the feasibility of hydraulic condition monitor system which the article designs. This system shows the characteristic of convenient, promotion easily of the virtual instrument, theroy research and experiment confirms the broad application prospect of the virtual instrument technology in the measure and control domain of hydraulic equipment.
