| Regardless of ancient and modern, Chinese and foreign, natural disasters occurred most frequently, the greatest harm is the flood disaster, Thus, it is very urgent and timely to build up flooding proof systems, complete safety facilities and measures according to the current situations of city development and flooding prevention.Huantai County that is the administered country of Zibo and locates in its northern part, is one of the Chinese 100 economic top counties. The local topography of Zibo, in which the southern part is higher than the northern one, makes the Huantai County become the catchment district. Considering the limitation of topography, low riverway standards, flooding jacking and other factors, it is very important to strengthen the construction of flood control and drainage system. Special geographical location of Huantai Country determines its important position of flood control work in Zibo city, the quality flooding proof of this country also directly related to flood control that of Zibo central part.This paper was based on the actual conditions of Huantai Country and a large number of relevant information we have consulted, introduced the current situations and experiences of flooding prevention in China and the abroad, and we also analyzed the flooding features and problems of flooding prevention in it with combining the real conditions in Huantai County. By learning from the global advanced experiences and successful systems and comparing with Huantai County current conditions in this paper, we proposed general strategies and specific suggestions for urban flooding proof. |
