China's geological disaster prevention and control project is characterized by diversity and non singleness.Because of the formation of various geological disasters,it has a very complicated background and conditions.In most cases,relying solely on specific engineering measures is difficult to obtain good control results,Cooperation and comprehensive implementation of various methods are needed in order to minimize the losses of geological disasters and restore the ecological environment.The obvious difference between the project of ground disaster prevention and control and the general engineering is that the object of its prevention is the complexity and variability of geological body,It is not only a project of design and construction,but also a difficult renovation project,The design scheme of the prevention and control project can be revised in time,and the design plan can be more controllable.This requires geological engineers,engineering designers and project builders in the construction process of cooperation and cooperation in order to achieve security,beauty and harmony goal.Landslide is a kind of rock and soil medium on the slope.Under the combined influence of geological forces and various inducing factors,the internal strength of the slope decreases and the rock instability causes the whole or part of the slope to slide and fall.It is the key point of ground disaster prevention and control,Related to the overall stability of the whole project and also the core of this thesis.Changbai County is one of the prone areas of geological disasters in Jilin province,Because of the topography,geology and environment,it is favorable to the formation of debris flow,landslide and landslide,Heavy rainfall in rainy season,resulting in some sections of the road along the river often produce rockfall damaged roads,blocking traffic,passing vehicles collision,be injured by a crashing object pedestrians,causing serious economic losses.Therefore,the highway along the Yanjiang becomes the hardest hit area of geological disasters in Changbai County and the Yalu River basin.In this paper,the main object of prevention and control of S3 k section is the landslide hazard in the S3 section of the highway along the Yanjiang,The control project can effectively reduce or prevent the occurrence of geological disasters such as S3 section collapse,landslide and debris flow,and provide reference for other highway disaster prevention and control projects along the river.It also provides a stable,safe and peaceful living environment for local residents,which has far-reaching and far-reaching significance in national defense,economy and people's livelihood.Based on the analysis of geological data in Changbai County,To grasp the meteorological,hydrological,topographical,geological,hydrogeological,engineering and geological conditions and human engineering activities within the scope of the highway along Changbai River.Geological hazard types and scale of highway along the Changbai river,And take the highway along the Changbai River S3 k section,namely provincial S303 highway,high and steep slope collapse,landslide and debris flow geological disasters as an example,focusing on analysis.Taking into account the effect of precipitation infiltration on slope collapse and landslide,The Sarma model is modified,and the concept of slope safety conceptual analysis.Then quantitative evaluation of slope stability under extreme conditions is carried out,According to the evaluation results,the prevention and control engineering design scheme of ecological environment comprehensive treatment technology is put forward.For the management of Changbai road along the river debris flow,landslide and collapse of geological disasters,geological disasters to eliminate security threats to people's lives and property risks,to ensure economic development and national defense construction area,put forward the scientific,reasonable and economical,beautiful and harmonious governance.
