Research On Construction Project Management Of 2 * 660MW Units Of Nine Power Plants In Jilin

Electric power is an important energy power in the national production. With the increasing of the power consumption, the power plant construction project is more and more. The research object of this paper is that the 660000 k W supercritical coal fired boiler with independent intellectual property rights is installed in the nine power plant of Huaneng Power Plant. It is the largest single unit capacity and the highest operating parameters of the boiler in Jilin province. First phase of the project is Jilin Province, "five eleven" period of key power construction projects, is the national power industry in the northeast area of long-term development planning and Jilin province power grid "five eleven" and 2020 power grid planning.This paper mainly focuses on the construction of 2 x 660 MW units of nine power plants. The first chapter is the introduction, which describes the research background, research significance and research content. The second chapter is the theoretical basis of the project management, including the concept, characteristics, process and content of project management. The third chapter and the fourth chapter are the core chapters of this thesis. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of project management of 2 x 660 MW units of Jilin power plant from nine aspects, such as cost, schedule and quality, and points out the problems and causes in the management. In the fourth chapter, the project management optimization scheme is designed according to the problems existed in the engineering project management of nine * 660 MW units in Jilin 2 power plant. Finally, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project management plan, the fifth chapter of the paper puts forward the safeguard measures of the project management plan. 2 x 660 MW nine power plant engineering as a representative of the power construction project, the construction project management, analysis and research, to improve the management level of other power plant construction project management, and promote the development of China’s power industry is of great significance.
