Research On Quality Management Of Jinzhushan Power Plant Construction Project Supercritical Units

The project quality is the basic requirement of engineering construction. This is a popular topic nowadays. Thermal power plant construction project as a national key construction project quality management, the influence is profound, significant. Jinzhushan Power Plant as an important electric power enterprises in Hunan Province, quality is related to the development of power plant construction project of the power plant super critical units.The history and methods of quality management in this paper, the quality management of construction projects is introduced in detail. Taking Jinzhushan Hunan power plant 600MW supercritical units construction project as a case, study the quality management of the construction projects, and provide valuable reference and constructive suggestions for the quality management of the project, and the effective measures to build engineering construction project quality management in the whole process of the implementation, so as to ensure that the project success. This article mainly discusses the quality management of super critical unit construction project of Hunan Province in Jinzhushan Power Plant, quality management principles, respectively from the project quality management management management target, management mechanism, management measures, the characteristics for Jinzhushan Power Plant super critical units of construction project are described in detail. At the same time, from the quality management of design, construction project supervision, personnel, materials, technical aspects are discussed, and in the premise of combining the project characteristics are the basis and quality management objectives, requirements, given the quality management measures. Through quality management practice for "W flame" supercritical boiler unit project is studied, for boiler design was improved, improved the quality level of the construction unit, and the quality management of the unit presents a clear division of boiler unit engineering, strict construction management, for the problems in a timely manner solving measures, improve and perfect.
