Because the Ministry of Education held a kick-off meeting of " education and training plan of superior engineers " on june,2010,this plan formal started. The program aims to learn the successful experience from foreign cultures to create a large number of innovative high-quality engineering and technical personnel who can adapt to economic and social development needs and service industrialization, innovative country and talent strategy for the reinvigorating country.In this paper, based on automotive electronics superior engineer training mode of T college as the research object, mainly using the method of references, survey analysis, comparative studies, case analysis method and so on, researched and got the following conclusions:First, automobile majors not only need to focus on student’s professional knowledge and education,but also it is more importance to recognize the ability of students’ practical training,to train the ability of students’ innovation and the ability of find problems, analysis problems and solving problem. The training of these capabilities and the requirement of CDIO outline proposed is similar, so through the research of CDIO, it was found the CDIO syllabus is comprehensive, and is good to meet the industrialization and internationalization requirements of China’s superior engineers and future development needs.Second,according to the characteristics of higher education in our country, analyze the current research in this field at home and abroad, draw lessons from the CDIO standard to analyze the states of superior engineers training and the problems resulted of T college, and puts forward suggestions for the problems.Third,through establishment the mode of the“3 +0.5 +0.5” training, the automotive electronic superior engineer training system based on the guide of engineering practice ability and innovation ability training can be found to improve the automotive electronics student employment rate and quality. This paper is very importance to improve automotive electronic students’ engineering capabilities and innovation in the field of automotive technology, to meet the requirements of automotive electronics personnel training, to train Automotive Electronics practice professionals who meet new technologies conditions. Meanwhile, it is useful for currently automobile related professional personnel training in our country.
