The Analysing And Inheriting The Cultural Space Context Throughout History In Wenxi’s Spatial Frame

The development of the urban space, is bound to accumulate the characteristics of urban historical and cultural space. The context is city features in various periods and important carrier of city memory, residents’ sense of pride. Urban economy and industry development is concerned intensively with the reform and opening and urban construction, at the same time, urban historical and cultural space is gradually destroyed, digestion, so is the urban cultural memory and local identity. As a result, a series of urban problems such as ‘thousand city side’, the urban characteristic digestion, residents disidentification the hometown take place. Taking the cultural space of Wenxi throughout history as the research object, analysing the cultural space’s developmen, and the inheriting case of context in each version of the master plannings, then discussing the inheritance of cultural space context in the master planning in 2013-2030. In order to provide a reference for methods of context heritage of related areas.This paper’s first part is about introduction and review: this paper introduces the research background, and combined with the related research, to define the concept of cultural space throughout history, and the relevant research about the context structure, quantitative research, the space research, planning and heritage, Wenxi of literature; The second part is about the history of Wenxi: according to the time, dividing the development of Wenxi into three periods—— the tang dynasty to the qing dynasty, the republic of China, after the founding; The third part is about analyzing: analysing the development of context of the cultural space of Wenxi throughout history in three ways which are the structure of land use, spatial structure and form, cultural and psychological perspective.And then analyzing each version of master planning in two ways which are the the structure of land use, spatial structure and form;The final part is about heritage, Wenxi’s master plan(2013-2030) was based on the former analysis, posited the city according to the present situation and the interview, attached great importance to the cultural space, put forward "multi-tasking, double loop series", "north ridge south gang, three points surrounding, one axis and three areas, three five parks",and took these as the context inherenting methods.This paper argues that inheriting the cultural space context should based on history, analysing the context’s history and heritages practices should be done in three ways which are the structure of land use, spatial structure and form, public awareness.Inheriting the context is base on the analysing and implementate by planning.
