The construction of integrated water security pattern would be significant for guiding ideology of protection priorities. As one of the most important parts of security pattern, water security pattern is significant for the protection of water ecosystem service function as well as maintaining the water security. What’s more, water security pattern can also lead other security patterns’ construction. Under this background, based on the ecological security pattern design theory and methods, taken A-Cheng as the planning area, to explore the methods of building an integrated water security pattern, the author build the water security evaluation system according to the existing water safety problems of Ah Cheng area. Inthe end, the author put forward the Ah Cheng region water security pattern planning guidelines on the basis of evaluation results.Based on the analysis of the existing water safety in Ah Cheng District, the relevant theoretical research of rain and flood disaster risk assessment, the sensitivity evaluation of water quality and water habitat evaluation, the author select the evaluation indexes and build water security evaluation system using Delphi method and AHP method as DPSIR a guideline. The water security of Ah Cheng is evaluated in three aspects: rain and flood、water quality and water habitat. And comprehensive water safety assessment result is achieved after superposition.Through the research above, this paper propose planning guidelines from macro to micro respectively in order to achieve three different goals: the safety of rain and flood、 the safety of water quality and the safety of water habitat. The river corridor planning guide and wetland planning measures are given respectively with a single security pattern basin scale for the superior conditions. At last, planning guide is sum up in river corridor scale and wetland scale for the comprehensive water security pattern.The purpose of this paper is to from the flood control and drainage and ecological protection and development point of view to construct the scientific and reasonable comprehensive water security pattern and puts forward the planning guidelines, in order to achieve the abjective of rational management of water environmental protection, maintenance, protection and restoration of water ecosystem service function.
