Study On Natural Ventilation In Interior Public Space Of Hospital Street Pattern In Hot Summer And Warm Winter Region

In recent years, because our economy has rapidly developed, the healthy quality of people continuously improved and people put forward the diversified needs for medical services. So in recent years our country has built a lot of hospital buildings. Many scholars devoted themselves to research on the medical building, such as the humanized design of the hospital, the design of the doctor-patient separation mode and so on. But the research on the green hospital is still few. Hospital street pattern adapted to the development of the hospital building and met the needs of the users. It is a new kind of hospital architecture design concept. Because hospital building consumed a lot of energy, the hospital building should adopt the passive way of energy saving. The high-tech way of energy saving has expensive costs, at the same time the way also wasted a lot of energy. Natural ventilation and sunlight should largely be used in hospital building, natural ventilation can take away the air which is contaminated in the indoor space and reduce the use of the air conditioner, and natural lighting can save energy and improve the comfort of the user.The paper considered the interior public space of the hospital street pattern as the main research object. Firstly it analyzed the methods of architectural design in the special climate. And the paper studied the development process of the interior public space hospital street patterns. From four aspects of wind environment around, the overall layout, ventilation measures, landscape layout the paper analyzed natural ventilation of the site layout on hospital street pattern. After surveying and researching many hospital buildings, the paper analyzed and discovered the problems of natural ventilation in the hall, waiting room, hospital street space and public space of the nursing unit. It summed up the natural ventilation problems of end type and embedded type space, the natural ventilation problems of the hall waiting space, the corridor waiting space and shade waiting space, the natural ventilation problems of the traffic space, service space and recreational space. Finally the paper summarized the design principles of natural ventilation in hospital interior public space, including difference, security and diversity. The paper considered the ventilation measures of the flat space, the vertical space and detail structure. The proposition was to find out the design strategies of natural ventilation in the outpatient hall, waiting room, hospital street space and nursing unit public space. This paper summarized the design strategies of natural ventilation in the interior public space of the hospital, and provided the basis for the design of the green hospital in the future.
