Guangzhou belongs to Hot Summer and Warm Winter Zone, large parts of Guangzhou is asubtropical humid monsoon climate, namely syndrome climate. The climate is characterized by:sunshine time is long, the sun radiation intensity big, summer time is long, high temperature andrelative humidity, rainfall, monsoon. The window, walls, roof, shading component is a major partof the building palisade structure. How to improve the thermal performance of buildingsurrounding structure buildings with good indoor thermal comfort, to reduce dependence onartificial cooling and heat sources, reduce building energy consumption become one of theresearch important topic.Based on the features of the climate in Guangzhou, this paper used of building energyefficiency analysis software PKPM to evaluate the overall situation of energy saving buildings,and calculated the thermal performance of all kinds of energy-saving glass in detail and buildingenergy efficiency rate, analyzed the influence of different glass for building annual energyconsumption, the result of energy-saving glass in Guangzhou region has the important referencevalue. Results show that in the year of building energy consumption of air conditioning energysaving from big to small order: Low light hollow low-e glass> in the pervious to light hollowlow-e glass> higher light hollow low-e glass> single common glass. In this paper, also analyzedthe different levels of shading design model for building air conditioning energy consumption.Indoor air the highest temperature (or average temperature) no shading> south level shading>north and south level shading> all shading. For the calculation of all kinds of thickness of theextruded polystyrene board roof found that with the increase of extruded polystyrene insulation,roof insulation strength, building energy saving rate. In the study of the external wall, along withthe increase of the thermal insulation layer thickness of the wall heat transfer coefficient decreases, building energy conservation rate rise, wall unit of building load percentage decline. Secondly, bycontrolling the single variable, found in Hot Summer and Warm Winter area, inside and outsidewall heat transfer coefficient of the heat preservation, thermal inertia index change is not big, forexternal thermal insulation than high insulation building energy-saving rate only0.21%, from theeconomy into consideration, insulation form is worth a wide range of promotion.In this paper, the research proves that the public building energy efficiency in Hot Summerand Warm Winter area has a great potential, promoting energy efficiency design is of greatsignificance.
