1970s, futurology guru Alvin Toffler propose a prediction that the economic development will become experience social.Followed by several years of development, the prediction come true. Basic the Alvin Toffler?s research,B·Joseph Pine and James H · Gilmore explained the experience economy in "experience economy".Experience Economy refers the seller provide buyers with an unforgettable experience, outstanding experience and create more value by provide a personalize stage. The experience is the main form of economic Offer, the main source of the value in experience economy. Pedestrian Street as the main place for people to economic activity in the experience economy, the creation of "experience" has become an important trend in the future. In this trend, pedestrian Street provide people what kind of experience, how to get to experience the feelings resonate with people, has become a new topic of pedestrian streets research.Nowadays the urbanization become faster and faster, people’s needs of belonging and identity increases. This article intends to focus on the needs of urban culture experience. Starting from the perspective of cultural experience, it analysis user reviews of pedestrian streets cultural experience, summarizes the pedestrian streets experience design. This paper selected Chongqing as the research Stronghold, because of its distinctive landscape cultural and traditional culture. The pedestrian streets influenced by Chongqing typical city cultural as the main target.According to the theory of experience economy, summarizes user experience category in pedestrian streets: Entertainment experience, educational experience, Masquerade experience, aesthetic experience. Experience media in pedestrian streets induce these experiences. Pedestrian streets experience media include environmental experience media, events experience media, facilities experience media, service experience media. Different experience media mix will bring a different experience feelings. Cultural experience refers that the experience of urban culture applied in media systems. It increases people’s perceptual evaluation in four kinds of experience, include entertainment experience, educational experience, masquerade experience, aesthetic experience. It stimulates people resonate with the spiritual realm, create new value to the pedestrian streets. After determining the research object, this paper constructs the theoretical model about the pedestrian streets cultural experience featuring, and made assumptions:Difference Assumption 1:There are differences in the statistical characteristics and user behavior characteristics between different pedestrian streets.Difference Assumption 2:There are differences in the perception of the user culture experience evaluation between different pedestrian streets.Difference Assumption 3:There are differences in the perception of the cultural experience media between different pedestrian streets.Relevance Assumption 4: User cultural experience and user behavior activity, pedestrian streets cultural experiences media have relevance.In this paper, a large number of questionnaire survey, statistics get more research findings validate the concept and evidence relevant assumptions. Based on the experience of cultural differences in the evaluation results obtained in the above survey questionnaire, such as Ciqikou commercial street entertainment and educational experience in quality evaluation is relatively high, and in the evaluation of particularly poor quality of experience Masquerade. Aesthetic experience is evoked by the beauty of the activities and performances.③ Suggestions of proposed facilities experience media : First of all, excellent facilities system is the basis of good experience; then, the media fit for the interest and territoriality in environment experience media, improve people’s overall cultural experience.④ Suggestions of service experience media: Entertainment experience is evoked by innovative service facilities. Educational experience is evoked by comprehensive information systems. Masquerade experience is evoked by self-service service facilities. Aesthetic experience is evoked by the service platform which fit for the whole culture atmosphere.Finally, it summarizes the recommendations about the pedestrian streets cultural experience media design and shows the cultural experience featuring pedestrian street design results.
