Airborne Avionics electronic systems are critical parts in the Aircraft. Somespecial characteristics of Airborne Avionics electronic systems, those are real-time,high reliability and embedded, create huge difficulties in the process of projectdevelopment and verification of airworthiness.Aircraft avionics system of HO300is the first product of the civil aircraftairworthiness on system-level. Validation is an critical part of the airworthinessprocess. There are a lot of problems in the process of airworthiness certification testthat are worthy of summarization and analyze.To solve the problems in the process of airworthiness certification test on airborneavionics systems software, this paper designs the activities of the various stages of thesystem software verification process and writes the test programs which reach theLEVEL-C class software airworthiness certification standard. The main contain ofthis paper includes: describes the basis concepts of the airborne softwareairworthiness and the DO-178B standard; describes the airborne software verificationtechnology; analysis the modularization of the system software; gives the methods ofwriting the software requirements specification and the interface configurationdocuments(ICD); designs the activities of the various stages of the system softwareverification process; writes the test programs and then executes the test programs;analysis the test results.The result of this paper demonstrates that a standard process of softwaredevelopment and verification can bring the verification of the assessment, analysis,testing and other means to the software development cycle, improve the quality ofsoftware, and achieve the goal of airworthiness requirements.
