Along with the development of the aviation industry in our country,the function of modern airborne electronic equipment is more and more complex,the degree of integration is becoming more and more high,and products of heat flow density rose sharply,if counsels structure is unreasonable,will greatly influence the reliability of the equipment.Throughout the development of the aviation electronic technology,successively put forward the digital avionics information system(DAIS)plan,PAVE PILLAR plan,gem(PAVE hawks PACE)and integrated sensor(I55)system,joint attack technology(AJST)plan,etc.,this several famous avionics integrated plan by peers as a milestone in the history of the development of avionics.Modern airborne electronic equipment is: module(combination),generalization and seriation characteristics of miniaturization,lightweight,and versatile,high performance requirements,at the same time also need to pay attention to product price.This subject belongs to the category of single desktop electronic equipment structure design.The specific research work is as follows:(1)reasonable layout of the overall structure of the equipment according to the requirements of the equipment and related standards;Including: physical module division and layout,internal electrical connection design,equipment overall size(ATR)determination,installation frame and its accessories design etc;(2)detailed structural design of each physical module,including simulation and calculation;Including: internal and external structure design of the module,hardware layout,module reliability design etc;(3)detailed structure design of the whole machine,including simulation and calculation etc;Including: ergonomic engineering design,exterior design,internal electrical connection detailed design,reliability design of the entire machine;(4)prototype production and test verification.Through the test of the prototype,the feasibility of the structure design and simulation of the equipment is verified.
