In the face of global energy crisis and environmental problems, the Chinese government began to implement energy-saving emission reduction policies, and actively develop new energy industry. According to statistics, in the whole society of total energy consumption, the proportion of building energy consumption accounts for a considerable, and, therefore, the development of appropriate building energy efficiency technology, reduce building energy consumption, improve the building comfort should be a important development direction in the field of current energy-saving society.At present, the domestic building energy conservation policy mainly for residential buildings and large public buildings, such as building type, large energy consumption, and general public buildings such as for kindergarten building, has not given enough attention of researchers. Children are the future of the motherland, the kindergarten building as a national important base of talent pool, the quality of the indoor physical environment directly affect the child’s physical and mental health. But, according to the survey, now most of the kindergarten only attach importance to improve software facilities such as teachers, often ignoring the indoor air quality is poor, high energy consumption of construction problems. Therefore, this article explores how to apply appropriate building energy-saving technology, to improve kindergarten building indoor environment comfort conditions at the same time, reduce building energy consumption level kindergarten.This article obtains from the suitability of building energy saving technology, first of all, the application status of building energy efficiency technology in kindergarten building for data gathering and analysis, including to present an overview of the main building energy efficiency technology, as well as kindergarten architectural design elements and indoor environment comfort standard, then analyzed some good cases both at home and abroad, and sums up the suitable kindergarten building energy saving technology strategy, to lay a theoretical foundation for the future engineering practice.There are six chapters in this thesis:The first chapter the paper selected topic background and significance, first determine the research scope and relevant concepts of paper explained and defined, and concrete is given in this paper some cases at home and abroad, is the foundation of subsequent articles research, and then simply introduces and sums up the features of psychology and behavior in children and some kindergarten architectural design requirements, and according to the article summarizes the kindergarten of the present situation of study of energy saving, once again, introduced the concept of suitability of building energy efficiency has been the development prospects of this technology, finally the research methods and research framework of this article;The second chapter firstly introduces the energy-saving policy about energy saving technology development and related research, second, to summarize and introduces the design elements of the kindergarten and the related standard of comfort, the tentative made suitable for kindergarten architectural design some summary of energy saving measures;The third chapter is the first is combined with the related data of chongqing city kindergarten development situation in recent years some summary, followed by a few representative in chongqing city kindergarten has carried on the research, and has carried on the statistics and analysis, the results of research found that insufficient and summarize the reason, the last is a summary of present situation investigation;The fourth chapter is the focus of this article section, this paper expounds the suitability of building skills technology how to carry out to a specific level, first of all from the artificial environment and natural environment of chongqing regional characteristic, secondly from site selection and landscape layout strategy kindergarten external space environment control strategy is studied; Again by plane, profile and shape design from three aspects elaborates the internal environment control strategy, finally analyzes and summarizes some specific details and resource utilization measures, including wall heat preservation, doors and Windows, roof, shading system and resource utilization of energy conservation technology, etc. And discusses how to use them in the kindergarten, and create high comfort and the integration of environmental and energy conservation and environmental protection of kindergarten buildings.The fifth chapter is case analysis, from A green kindergarten competition during the design process and vanke golden field learning A kindergarten to expound how to use the technology to the actual level;Conclusion and suggestion part of the sixth chapter for this article, and some prospects for follow-up work.Hope that through this article research, to provide certain reference for ecological design of kindergarten building in chongqing area, provide children with a comfortable living and learning environment of energy saving. At the same time, also hope that the thesis summarizes some suitability of building section can technology application strategy, can for the promotion of building ecological design and research on energy saving help, contributing to contribute a little reduce building energy consumption.
