| In today’s intense form of energy, as a part of energy saving, building energy efficiency has been worldwide attention. In China, on the one hand, the national energy is scarce, the situation of energy is stern, on the other hand, the structural purpose can quantity be huge, the waste is serious. Our country’s structural purpose can account for the national energy total consumption proportion to surpass27.5%, but the construction energy conservation technology and Europe compare are the relative backwardness. China’s energy present situation had decided the construction energy conservation is the Chinese sustainable development strategic choice.Although the situation of public buildings is complex and diverse, energy consumption is huge, but reasonable architectural design will greatly reduce its current energy consumption, there is a great savings opportunity. Public buildings with energy-saving design are the keys to the establishment of intensive sectors of society. Kindergarten is a part of public buildings, From the in-deep study of the design of low-carbon kindergarten,which is not only have far-reaching significance for schools to carry out energy conservation and even to the energy-saving of the the whole community, but also is important work to promote the construction of a conservation-oriented society.In this paper, the architectural design point of view, impact to the kindergarten in all aspects of building energy analysis and reflection, summed up the architectural design of how to adopt a reasonable control over a fundamental building energy consumption. Described how to use the architecture for energy efficiency and renewable energy development direction of building energy efficiency, as well as building energy efficiency should be equal emphasis on economic considerations. According to the examples of the design of low-carbon kindergarten in Olympic Games village and a kindergarten in Taian, the research is on the method and analysis of how to achieve the target of energy consumption of public buildings.
