Research On Course System Of Aeronautical Engineering Education

In the era of knowledge economy globalization, all countries in the world pay attention to the cultivation of engineering and technical personnel, and have high expectation for engineering education. At present, the reform of engineering education has caused widespread concern of the education sector, the education ministry has been promoting a series of ongoing reform measures, such as "excellence in engineering education and training programs", "quality project" etc. Change the talent cultivating pattern, with more focus on the education quality, is really required for domestic engineering education reform. Curriculum reform is the core of talent cultivation mode reform, and also the key for the innovative engineering talents training; therefore, the research on engineering education curriculum system reform is very important.In this paper, literature research, survey research and case analysis are used. First of all, we review the existing researches on engineering education in China. Starting with the aeronautical engineering education history, we analyze the current aeronautical engineering curriculum situation and problems. We try to understand the students’ demands, via the questionnaire survey with the senior graduates of the aircraft design and engineering. Secondly, through the learning of foreign famous aeronautical engineering training mode and characteristic courses, we get to know, in the international engineering education curriculum reform, they have more focus on the comprehensive training courses, complete engineering practice teaching system, and close cooperation with enterprises etc. Finally, in addition to the above, by carding current engineering education curriculum system, we propose to establish a flexible integrated curriculum system, via strengthening the construction of characteristic curriculum, changing the existing engineering practice mode, developing more effective practice courses etc. We try to give an general framework for the reform of the aircraft design and engineering specialty course system. The proposed engineering education curriculum system reform suggestions, as well as the highlighted characteristic courses and the "the total teacher" curriculum model, will provide reference for some other colleges and related education departments.
