Ground simulation hydraulic test for aircraft is indispensable in the course of the successfully research and development of the modern large aircraft, which can verify the performance of aircraft hydraulic system. In the EDP drive system in ground simulation test for aircraft, the aircraft engine is replaced by a motor, and the motor will drive the hydraulic pump to provide hydraulic energy for hydraulic users.The hardware platform and software design of the system are introduced in this thesis. The IPC is the host controller to order the PLC to control the inverter, which then drive the motor, and finally drive the hydraulic pump to output hydraulic oil. The structure and working principle of piston pump are introduced, and the generating mechanism of the flow pulsation is discussed. In order to smooth the flow pulsation as much as possible, an optimization method of the valve plate’s structure is proposed and studied. The mathematical models of motor and inverter are established according to the vector control theory. The fuzzy self-adjusting PI control method is proposed according to the traditional PID control method and the fuzzy control method, and the simulation models are established in Simulink. The dynamic and static performance of the drive system is studied by simulation. The hydraulic test of the ground simulation platform, including working conditions of idle, load and unload, is carried out in Shanghai. The motor speed stability under different conditions are discussed and compared with the simulation results, and the correctness of the model and the system stability are verified.
