Axial piston pump has been used widely, because the pump with high pressure, high flow, high efficiency, compact, long life and other advantages. Especially in the construction machinery industry, high performance, low noise and long life’s piston pumps and motors have a great demand.With energy-saving emission reduction and the growing awareness of environmental protection and improvement of host quality requirements, it has a higher demand for axial piston pump. The axial piston pump is more noise in the high-voltage and high-speed vibration, so it is necessary to control the noise of axial piston pump.There are many ways to cause the noise of the axial piston pump. The main are fluid noise and mechanical noise. The fluid noise generated due to flow pulsation and the pressure impact is considered to be the main reason. This article analysis the fluid noise of the aial piston pump by theoretical analysis and simulation and explore ways to reduce the pulsating and noise.In the simulation software SimulationX, the axial piston pump of the two stream window has been simulated and determining the reasonable structure of the valve plate. Based on the axial piston pump of nine plunger,the article analysis the plunger cavity pressure and pump outlet pressure and flow pulsation of ten and eleven plunger. And compared the pressure and flow of the pump with same displacement but different plunger number.Based on the pump with two stream window, transform the structure of the valve plate reasonably and come up with the axial piston pump with two new double discharging port. They are the axial piston pumps of series three stream window and parallel double-acting (three stream window and four stream window).Then modeling and simulating them detailedly in the simulation software SimulationX and determining the reasonable flow distribution structure. The new pump’s functions is increased and its noise level is corresponding with the existing pump.Analysised the outlet pressure and flow of the axial piston pumps with series three stream window when different plunger number by simulation. And compared the outlet pressure and flow and the plunger pressure and flow impact on the axial piston pump of series three with the stream window and parallel three with the stream window. Then analysised the scope of application of two new pump. The range of applications of the axial piston pump of the parallel three with the stream window is wide than the series.
