In a variety of equipment, hydraulic system because of its flexible layout, fastresponse, easy operation, long service life and so on merit has been widelyadopted.However, the hydraulic system has some drawbacks, for example,it will havethe pressure pulsation in the hydraulic system inevitablely.The existence of thepressure pulsation is bound to make the whole hydraulic system vibration and noise,so that the system performance, even in severe cases, damage the system’s piping orcomponents, resulting in the entire hydraulic system is not working properly.So, inaddition to a small number of equipments which use vibrations to the work, theexistence of the pressure pulsation of the hydraulic system and the whole mechanicalsystem are unfavorable.Pressure pulsation in the hydraulic system are mainly in four aspects:(1)The pressure pulsation generated by the hydraulic pump;(2)The pressure pulsation of the pressure wave reflection in the pipeline;(3)The pressure pulsation generated by hydraulic control valve resonancing;(4)The pressure pulsation generated by the inertia of directional control valve oractuator operation.In the above four aspects, the flow pulsation generated by the hydraulic pump isthe source of system pressure pulsation,Therefore, in order to eliminate or reduce thepressure pulsation of the system, reduce the flow pulsation generated by the hydraulicpump is an effective way.In the hydraulic pumps used in the equipments, piston pumps and gear pumpsarefrequently used.From the structure of these two pumps,they both are volumetrichydraulic pumps.volumetric hydraulic pump operating principle:The sealed volume ofcompliance of internal structure cyclically changes when works,when Sealed volumeconnect with the oil chamber or piping,The process of suction and discharge of oil inthe pressure difference is completed,Periodic change of the enclosed volume caused ahydraulic pump output, the oil must be periodically varying.Therefore, reducing theflow pulsation of the hydraulic pump for the hydraulic system as a whole is a veryimportant significance.This paper starts with the generation of the pressure pulsation-the hydraulicpump,Wrong phase two and even more hydraulic pumps in parallel,to reduce the flowpulsation from the source.The specific content: (1)The structure of the piston pump,the causes of piston pump flowripple,analysis of the pulse of the odd (even) the plunger piston pump in parallel, andthe comprehensive analysis and comparisona of the pulse of single parity piston pump,the odd-odd in parallel, even-even in parallel, and multiple piston pump in parallel.(2)The structure of the gear pump,the causes of gear pump flow ripple,analysisof the pulse of outside engaged (inside engaged) gear pumps in parallel,and thecomprehensive analysis and comparisona of the pulse of single gear pump, the outsideengaged-outside engaged in parallel, inside engaged-inside engaged in parallel, andmultiple gear pump in parallel.(3)The simulation of the hydraulic pump flow pulsation by maylab,validate itscorrectness and feasibility.
