With the in-depth study of single-acting double-stator pump and hydraulic transmission system, it has a research on the effect of control system of traditional hydraulic valve components on the performance of single-acting double-stator pump. This thesis adopts the integrated thought and applies the threaded cartridge technology to the system of the single-acting double-stator pump. That is to say the threaded cartridge valve group control system instead of the traditional hydraulic valve control system, and design a threaded cartridge pressure/flow valve of single-acting double-stator pump(referred to as the pressure/flow valve group in this thesis),to adjust the output pressure and flow of single-acting double-stator pump system. In this paper, it provides a method and theoretical basis for research on pressure/flow valve group of single-acting double-stator pump and improving and increasing the dynamic characteristics of pressure/flow valve group. It can predict the dynamic characteristic of valve group during the initial stage of the design on single-acting double-stator pump, so that improve the efficiency and quality of the design on the single-acting double-stator pump system.This thesis includes the following sections:(1)According to the structure and principle of pressure/flow valve group, the design-calculation of threaded cartridge valve in the valve group was completed.(2)It was based on the basic knowledge of CFD that established the inner flow field models of threaded cartridge relief and solenoid valve in the valve group, and the models were meshed by the ANASYS ICEM CFD. The FLUENT was used to simulate the flow field of the models in different ways of working and the valve core with different opening degree and spool cone angle, and using the contours and vectors of the pressures and velocities, the improper design was found out and corrected.(3)Then, the author established the dynamics model of the relief and the pressure/flow valve group loop simulation model based on the theory of fluid mechanics and the research on the single-acting double-stator pump system, simulated it in AMESIM. Also, the further optimization was completed which bring the parameters closer to the pressure/flow valve system.( 4) The author designed a pressure/flow valve group integrated performance test bench and tested the performance of the pressure/flow valve group, and verified the feasibility and rationality of the internal channel structure and the design parameters of pressure/flow valve group.
