Hydraulic valve is an indispensable part of the hydraulic system. The choice of the valve has a decisive impact on the hydraulic system. The hydraulic valve in the hydraulic system is an important component.This paper is supported by the National Natural Science Fund Project "Width curve of double stator multi speed motor key technology research", in which the double stator pump and motor has been successful research.the new element can achieve both inside and outside the pump and motor, to consider a single action double stator pump and double stator motor composing of reversing circuit can achieve a variety of input and output pump flow and various torque motor, but the reversing circuit multi pump and multi speed motor system, under the existing conditions, require multiple common valve assembly to achieve its various reversing functions, and this topic is the research of a single multi-speed pump motor system, thus with a valve to replace multiple valves, laying a foundation for a multi-pump motor system.The main research content of this paper are as follows:(1)Review the research and development of hydraulic rotary valve at home and abroad to understand current research, then comprehensive research and analysis of the existing hydraulic rotary valve, describes the special valve works, then elaborates special valve’s internal structure, and provides for the special valve graphic symbols,and valve key parts are calculated and analyzed. Finally, the electrical machinery converters selection and designes two kinds of sealing structure reduce the leak valve,(2)Analysis of the dynamic and static characteristics of special valves, which static includes pressure and flow characteristics, dynamic analysis of the moment of inertia and damping effect.(3)Using FLUENT CFD to establish a geometric model of the rotary valve to correspond the dynamic analysis. Pressure and velocity field obtained under different openings,then the basis of the analysis of the variation of the angle of the jet.(4)The experiment is done to test the valve, data collected and then analyzed, the results obtaine feasibility, and lay the foundations of the the next improvement and perfection.
