Since the "Eleven five" planning, China’s high-speed railway has gone into the golden period of development. Continuous expansion of high-speed railway network, and the construction of more and more high-speed railway, intercity railway promote prosperity and development of long-span bridges into the stage. To ensure safety, reliability, durability and driving comfort of the bridge structure, construction monitoring and controlling for the whole process of large bridge`s construction has become a major essential part. Using Cantilever Construction Method,the construction process of the Prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge will inevitably lead to complex internal force and displacement. In order to ensure the quality and safety of the bridge, bridge construction must be monitored. Now, In the background of Huangjia Country railway bridge, using adaptive control method of construction, we make a research on the Construction monitoring of the Huangjia Country railway bridge. Mainly for the following work:1. According to the design and structural features of Huangjia Country railway bridge, in accordance with the bridge construction and monitoring requirements, we made a scheme of construction phase monitoring of the bridge.2. Building three-dimensional computer simulation model of Huangjia Country railway bridge with using Midas/Civil, we simulated the railway bridge construction phase and analyzed the box girder bridge closure force and linear change. With the parameter sensitivity analysis, we corrected the parameter which influence the bridge structure and linear force, and then obtained the law about how the parameter influences the Main Beam Alignment and stress.3. According to the monitoring scheme, we monitored the bridge structure linear of the Huangjia Country railway bridge. We mainly monitored the temperature and stress changes of the key section of the bridge and the elevation and linear. We corrected the theoretical parameters according field monitoring result of the bridge in order to make them coincide. And then we use them to guide the bridge construction, ensuring the quality and safety of the bridge throughout the construction process.4. By analyzing girder stress and linear monitoring data and comparing between theoretical value and actual value, we can reach the conclusion: the linear calculations and the measured linear results of the Huangjia Country Railway Bridge are basically consistent, and the bridge is in smooth closure with each indicator meeting regulatory requirements. At the same time, the theoretical value and actual value of the stress in the construction of the bridge are basically consistent and the bridge construction process structure remains safe.
