Prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge is a multiple statically indeterminate structure.Its ideal geometric alignment and reasonable internal force state is not only related to design,but also depends on scientific and reasonable construction methods,which depends on the correct control of deflection and stress during the construction process.There is always a deviation between the linear and its internal force state and the design requirements,due to the influence of various factors.If there is no control,it may lead to the deviation of the alignment between the bridge and the main bridge,and even lead to the safety problem of the main structure of the bridge.This paper takes a three span continuous girder bridge as the engineering background,a simulation analysis software of MIDAS-Civil is applied to the construction phase full bridge finite element,through establishing a reasonable on-site monitoring system,the prestressed continuous beam bridge cantilever construction of bearing temperature monitoring,linear control and stress monitoring data is analyzed to the following purposes: firstly through the analysis of the data of temperature monitoring results,it is obtained the change of temperature in concrete pouring process,Therefore,the temperature control measures can be adjusted and improved in a timely manner so that the temperature measurement points can meet the standard requirements.Secondly through field measurement,it can monitor the implementation of the box girder linear and analyze the prediction and adjust in real time,so that the line shape of the beam is in line with the target line.Thirdly through the strain sensor which is embedded in the key part of the box girder to monitor the stress of the main beam,and the structural safety of the upper structural girder which is in the construction process of cantilever pouring.
