This research is based on the pavement disease analysis, traffic composition investigation and axle load spectrum on the basis of the analysis, in a large number of scientific data, in-depth analysis of the factors influencing pavement structural overhaul by expert experience, and through the ANSYS software the mechanical analysis, the research made in line with the Hebei province heavy duty asphalt Expressway Pavement and heavy national and provincial trunk overhaul structure.Through the investigation on Hebei province highway distress characteristics of heavy load and national and provincial trunk of typical section, summarizes the main diseases and their causes, and provides the basis for the division of subject overhaul road level; and to Hebei province highway overloading and traffic composition and the axle load spectrum were analyzed, providing basis for recommended parameters study national and provincial trunk highway and heavy overhaul structure.Through the investigation and analysis of Hebei province in Tanggang Expressway disease mechanism, establish the evaluation index system of systems science, use condition classification, recommend overhaul test road scheme.Through the study of the original road surface deflection relationship with equivalent modulus, is presented to determine the scientific method of pavement structure damage degree and the horizon.According to the grade of different use conditions of pavement, the paper puts forward a scheme of test road overhaul and different structure, establishing different finite element analysis model, analysis of finite element mechanical pavement, develop national and provincial trunk highway and heavy traffic asphalt pavement test road overhaul recommended structure scheme.
