The Dynamics Research On Commercial Facilitiesin Residential Area

With the advance of global suburbanization, the development of the domestic residential area is presenting new trends of suburbanization, and resulting in the further extension of residential commerce accompanied by the emergence and development of residential area. At the same time, people’s overall consumption level has greatly improved, and has put forward higher demand for the commercial facilities in residential area, which requires commercial facilities quickly going out of the original supporting role into a "export-oriented" market form. However, Suburban residential commercial development in china is still in its initial stage, in the face of suburban areas with many uncertain factors, residential commerce has exposed many problems in the layout and later development, which need us to conduct the research from the dynamic perspective on suburban residential commercial facilities, to make it adapt to the rapid changes of various factors in the suburban area.Tianjin has excellent geographical location and rich cultural heritage, to promote its economy from a linear economy to a cyclical economy has become another economic growth pole in China, thus further advance the process of suburbanization. Large numbers of new residential areas and the corresponding commercial facilities appear in the suburbs, which provide us with ample object of study. So, this paper selects the commercial facilities of suburban residential area in Tianjin as the research object. Firstly, to study the current situation and the main development model at home and abroad, through the theory consolidation, to mine the source of the Residential Commercial Facilities, and select two new residential blocks in Tianjin- Zhongbei Town and Huaming Town for the study, to make research on the overall layout and usage of its commercial facilities, and to analyze the contradictions of commercial facilities in the dynamic development process and the influencing factors. To combine the evolving nature of commercial facilities in Tianjin suburban area and sort out the reasonable planning and design and later adjustment strategy to reduce the contradiction of the commercial facilities in the dynamic evolution.As a master thesis, this paper is a summary of plenty investigation and analysis of actual cases, I hope that this research can provide a reference for the development of the commercial facilities in suburban residential area.
