Research On Commercial Facilities In Residential Area

Commercial facilities are changing with the development of national economy as a public service facilities in residential area. With the end of the planned economic system of our country, the establishment of the market economy, commercial facilities shift from the residential commercial service facilities to profit-making facilities export-oriented. Commercial facilities have moved from the geometric center of the residential area to the edge of residential areas. Therefore, commercial facilities are not only service the resident area but also have relationship with the city.Although residential business has made considerable development, but there are still inadequate attention, planning and design. People design commercial facilities without considering the residents and the surrounding environment of city commercial design requirements. Therefore it affects the space activities and commercial atmosphere of commercial facilities. Commercial facilities have become one of the most important factors affecting the construction of residential areas. It is of great significance to promote the development of residential area to analysis and in-depth study on it.This paper choose the commercial facilities in residential area as the object, through the analysis of the development of commercial building in residential area since the founding of China, realize the current residential commercial facilities have two functions,"service residential area" and "service city". The design of commercial space in residential area should satisfy these two properties requirements. Commercial facilities are divided into three types, service residential area, service residential area and perimeter zone, service residential area and city. In order to meet these two properties of the solution, the sharing, livability, regional collaboration, humahization, the characteristics of the four commercial design in residential area of important principles, aiming at the existing problems of residential commercial, to enhance the overall quality of residential and commercial. Hope to improve the design level of commercial facilities in residential area.
