Research On The Supporting Facilities Of Public Service Facilities In Suburban Townships Of Jinan Based On The Theory Of Living Circles

China's new urbanization strategy puts forward higher requirements for the allocation of urban public resources.At present,there are obvious imbalances and inadequacies in the planning and construction of urban public service facilities,especially for the suburban towns in the edge of the central city.With the gradual integration and convergence of suburban towns and central urban areas in urban space,lifestyle and other aspects,the current relevant configuration standards and guidelines of township public service facilities are no longer fully applicable.As an important starting point in the process of promoting grid management in China,the theory of life circle has been rapidly promoted in the field of urban planning all over the country in recent years.Many governments have issued community life circle planning guidelines,which have been widely used in urban planning and management,and achieved some results.However,the practice of this theory is rarely applied to town planning,and most areas have not yet incorporated suburban towns into the practice of life circle.Based on the analysis of the full sample data of the current situation of public service facilities in suburban towns of Jinan,this paper summarizes the characteristics and main problems of the current situation,and summarizes and integrates the current national standards and guidelines of public service facilities in rural towns.On this basis,it puts forward suggestions on the allocation standards of public service facilities in suburban towns by using the theory of life circle,and puts forward the suggestions on the allocation standards of public service facilities in suburban towns of Jinan and other cities The relatively new and practical contents in the planning guidelines of the loop are included.At the same time,combined with the delimitation of three kinds of life circle layer,the public service facilities that need to be configured in each circle layer are defined.In addition,the article will take Jinan as an example to put forward targeted allocation suggestions for different functional types of suburban towns,in order to fill the gap in the planning guidelines of life circle in suburban areas,and to put forward reasonable suggestions for the update and revision of the standards and guidelines of public service facilities in suburban towns.
