Application Of Psychological Factors In Living Environment Of Human-based Design

Living environment which provide rest, living relaxation and stress release for the target population is the public space cultivating the soul. With economic development, people’s living standards have been continuing to change from requirements of physical living environment to spiritual pursuit for residential environment. No doubly, the developers and designers of the living environment will face a challenge of a higher design requirement with the people’s mentality change. User-friendly design of living environment is a specific method of starting from analyzing psychological view of the target population, creating psychological demands in line with the target population, and finally improving and enhancing the quality of living condition.In this paper, we start from analyzing the psychological factor of the target population with relative psychological theory. By using of questionnaire method, summed up the living environment of the target population and their psychological factors and psychological demands. Finally we provide a reference for future residential environment friendly design action. The main contents are as follows:(1) We show the reason for utility psychological factors proposed in a residential user-friendly design in order to build the framework of this thesis.(2) We summarize the psychological factors and user-friendly design theory, and show the reason for psychological factors been the main basis for the living environment design and the living environment of human design is the manifestation of psychological factors. On the basis of the relevant theories and psychological factors in the living environment of human design as a starting point, we set the target population and environmental conditions. By using of a questionnaire method, we draw the psychological demands of the living environment of the target population.(3) Taking "Haikou Vanke·Longines Bay" living environment design as the example, we described and analyzed its five spatial layout of the living environment, greening the environment, landscape amenities and identification systems to prove the rationality of the psychological factors in the living environment design. And finally we seek constructive comments and suggestions for a more humane living environment design.
