Protection And Renewal For Courtyard Of Historical Block On Urban Design

China’s urbanization construction enters the stage of urban renewal with the continuous improvement of economic development,So The protection of historical blocks has become a hot research topic.The root of the problem lies in the lack of effective connection between planning and project implementation through the analysis of the problems in the protection of historical blocks.According to my major,Based on the summary of the research and development process of historical block protection,the core concerns of the research on historical block protection at this stage are Coordination between courtyard(individual space)and block(overall space).Through the discussion of the theory of organic renewal of urban design,the theoretical basis of the research is determined.Based on the theory of urban design summarizes the research of its application,and determines the feasibility of the research and the shortcomings of the current stage.Through the discussion of the relationship between urban design and architectural design,the design category and function mode of urban design are determined.Through the perspective of urban design,using the intersection of urban design and architectural design as a breakthrough,combined with the protection measures of traditional residential yards,this paper sums up the strategies for the protection and renewal of historic block yards.Through the analysis of the cases which are similar to the practice objects,it provides a specific method for the application practice of the follow-up research objects.Based on the systematic analysis of the field survey data of Fenggu second community in Mianyang City,this paper grasps the historical and cultural texture of the block and the spatial form characteristics of the courtyard,sums up the current problems,and lays the foundation for the subsequent practice.According to the strategy of courtyard protection and renewal summarized under the urban design thought and method,after the macro urban design orientation and historical value orientation of Fenggu second community,the preliminary scheme of overall renewal of block traffic structure,spatial structure,landscape and environment,and functional zoning is completed through the urban design guidance.According to the design framework of the overall renewal of the block,the detailed design practice of the specific courtyard is carried out from four aspects: functional format,traditional elements,basic units,landscape and environment.The essence of courtyard protection and renewal from the perspective of urban design is to treat the protection and renewal of historical buildings in a macro perspective in a threedimensional space on the premise of accurately and comprehensively grasping the characteristics of blocks.In this paper,the practice of the protection and renewal of the second community yard in Fenggu town is a supplement to the research content of the protection and application of the historical block in urban design,and also provides some reference for the protection and renewal of similar historical blocks in the future.
