Autoclaved aerated concrete block is a kind of new building materials, it has several features which including small apparent density, good insulation performance, energy conservation, environmental protection and reduce extensive industrial waste fly ash. It makes a great contribution to the environmental protection and is widely used in many current projects. Since this blocks are characterized by large volume deformation coefficient, easy water absorption, lower strength and other characteristics, due to the different performance between ordinary mortar and block, when used with ordinary mortar with the block masonry can cause more problems-craze and empty drum.Therefore, how to prevent or control the above problem effectively is particularly significant to ensure autoclaved aerated concrete block and masonry play a good performance.In this paper, the main contents and results are as follows:(1)Based on match the performance of autoclaved aerated concrete block as the prerequisite, to strength, work-ability as reference indexes, through the orthogonal experiment research and the performance of autoclaved aerated concrete block matching the special mortar mix proportion, through the experiments, the strength grade is obtained for the M5 dedicated mortar mixing ratio of cement, sand, fly ash, the dosage of the water is 258kg/m3, 1550kg/m3, 62kg/m3, 279kg/m3, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose,air-entraining agent, to disperse latex powder dosage were 0.32kg/m3, 0.16kg/m3, 6.4kg/m3.(2)Through the autoclaved aerated concrete block monomer test,we get the block dry density is632.9kg/m3, the moisture content is 11.04%, frost resistance and other performance index.(3)Through to the autoclaved aerated concrete block masonry compressive strength test, research and analysis of the mortar joint thickness effect on the compressive strength of masonry, and the use of ordinary cement mortar and mortar masonry are analyzed, put forward the mortar joint thickness under different steam pressure calculation formula of the compressive strength of aerated concrete masonry.(4)Based on the block masonry shear strength test, research and analysis of the mortar joint thickness on the shear strength of masonry, and presents different mortar formula under the condition that the thickness of shear strength of masonry mortar joint mean value, when the thickness of 10 mm or more than10 mm, the autoclaved aerated concrete block masonry resistance the formula for calculating the shear strength.
