GJ Steel has been applied in the important structure more and more, because of its good overall performance. The production standard has been issued and implemented, but the design parameter of GJ Steel hasn’t been supplemented timely. Whereas the research work of design parameter about GJ Steel is still in its infancy. This thesis mainly carried out on overall stability experimental research and design parameter of reliability analysis about Q345 GJ steel beam.Experimental study of this article mainly includes the material mechanics performance test and Q345 GJ steel beam overall stability test under a midspan concentrated loading condition. Uniaxial tensile tests focused on two different plate thicknesses of steel beam to obtain the basic mechanical properties about Q345 GJ steel. Overall stability tests include a total of three groups six Q345 GJ steel beams, covering elastic buckling and elastic-plastic instability types to obtain overall stability capacity about Q345 GJ beam under a midspan concentrated loading condition.Use the finite element software ANSYS establishing finite element model, which included measurement of stress- strain relationship and the initial imperfection to simulation analysis all of test components. And contrast with test results to verify the accuracy of the finite element model. Using reliable finite element model complet overall stability parametric analysis about Q345 GJ steel beam under a midspan concentrated loading condition and analysis of resistance uncertainty to obtain statistical parameter about calculation mode uncertainty. Combining our previous research results of GJ Steel studied the resistance uncertainty about Q345 GJ beam.By self programming calculated resistance factor about Q345 GJ steel beams and use the recommended resistance factor anti-calculating reliable indicator of Q345 GJ beams combination “Load code for the design of building structures”(GB5009-2012) and “Unified standard for reliability design of building structures”(GB50068-2001). Pointed out reliable indicator of low about part of load combinations, and a brief analysis giving a simple and practical approach.The design parameters suggestions values about Q345 GJ beam are given on the a large number of basis analysis. This article can provide references for the relevant design specifications and engineering applications. Meanwhile that will have promoter action of extending the application for the GJ series steel in high-rise and large span steel structure, achieving excellent material with excellent, accelerating the replacement from tradition construction structure steel to the new GJ series steel products in domestic metallurgical industry.
