The Research Of Urban Morphology Development In Yuzhong Peninsula

Since the P. R. China was founded, the political, economic and social development has experienced over 60 years ups and downs. The urban construction and planning has been changed with the aspect of social value, urban development theories, and management model, especially after the reform and openness.This dissertation, taken urban planning context as aimed objects, makes a preliminary research on dominant effect of trend of thought in social development and guiding principles, and the dominant elements of construction of urban planning for each periods, constructing the researching framework of the logical relationship between the representation of space and the space of representation. To be specific, the purpose of this article is to analysis the development of the substance space, social space, and presentational space, and the heterogeneity between the layouts of the ideal urban image the non-ideal urban image, by understanding the basic changes of the Chongqing Yuzhong peninsula such as the administrative division, population, and the industry, and combine this changes with the layout of the urban in period of 1950 s, 1980 s, and the 21 st century. The first step is exploring the basic development of the population, industry, and administrative division to summarize the connection between urban evolutions. And then, dialyze the typical urban layout from different periods in substance space to summarize the significance of this article in social space and presentational space. In the end, from understanding the important design plan of urban image, analyse the basic theory of urban design from ideal to non-ideal. In the article, from understanding the history of urban planning demonstrates the evolution process of the urban morphology and the creation agent and mechanism, it is the process to explore the relationship between ideal urban space and urban practice, which there is important significance for the research of contemporary urban planning. It’s refering from the production of space referred by Lefebvre to announce the space is the physical carrier of the economy and social activities and the specific target of the urban planning, and analyse from the space is the container of producing activity to space is the capital elements to present the ecominc value. The value change of the space is very important.As a public policy leading by government, urban planning not only reflect that planning is a need for a specific political and social space situation, but reflect an arrangement that an image of a space and value orientation. Basiclly, from 1949 the found of People Republic of China, the layout and articles about urban planning is showing that the main idea is from the Soviet Union, which is the development of the industry is the direction of the socity development, the main purpose of this development is not only to solve the former urban practical problem, but more important is to protrude the value of communism and collective spirit. Furthermore, it enhanced the sense of identity of the nation and urban for a single person. To be specific to the space construction of Yuzhong peninsula, it is limited by the complex terrain and techology; so it’s not showing clearly that the Soviet Union effect exist in this area. It is only under discussion. From 1974 the beginning of the marketing system evolution, the urban development is more and more approach to centered by economy development. However, the effect of planned econonmy is still within this development. The urban planning should care about the human life. In Yuzhong Peninsula, it is mainly presenting that the plan is more cater to the consumption manufacture.
