A huge amount of energy has been demanded to provide the requirement for the incremental development of economy. New green energy, especially nuclear energy, has play an important role in practice gradually, compared with conventional energies which are decaying and of pollution. It is necessary to build high reliability nuclear safety monitoring system to solve the question that how to handle nuclear incidents and mitigate the possible injury of nuclear radiation accidents.This article pays more attention to monitoring system of nuclear power plant environment based on localization of nodes. The thesis presents a technique based on the project of “Remote real-time monitoring system of nuclear power plant environment and security” raised by Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology(A branch of Chinese Academy of Sciences).It proposed an improved location algorithm combined with RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indication) ranging and centroid method to achieve WSN system node precision positioning. Firstly, statistics analysis is done on the original RSSI data and reasonable ones are obtained by Gaussian filtering; Secondly, least square method is used on obtained RSSI data in order to determine the parameters of channel transform model; thirdly, triangular weighted centroid localization is implemented to estimate the location of unknown nodes using the distance converted from filtered RSSI data;finally,the newly presented method is validated under real WSN network situation.Experimental results show new localization method perform precise location and can satisfy the requirement of application.We adopted B/S architecture to implement nuclear power plant safety environmental monitoring system which consists of front-end monitoring and back-end management two parts to develop. Front-end monitoring can be able to realize real-time monitoring towards nuclear radiation values around the plant and atmospheric environment by map API、HTML5、CSS3、Java Script tools. Back-end monitoring management adopts the Web Socket way to monitor every capturing dot’s transmission data and to deal with the data, then displays it with the web front-end,therefore the nuclear power station monitoring system achieves perfection and improvement.
