With the rapid development of high-speed railway in China,high-speed trains have made great contributions to the development of China's economy.Monitoring and maintenance is a very important link.The traditional "planned repair"maintenance mode has the disadvantages of underrepair and overrepair.That is difficult to meet the needs of the development of modern railway.Therefore,the maintenance mode of high-speed railway in China is transiting from the traditional"planned repair" to "state repair".How to transmit health status information in real time is the key to guarantee the "state repair".In this thesis,a communication transmission network system of the train health monitoring system is devised.In this thesis,relying on the "railway logistics network engineering technology research center" in Liaoning,a communication transmission mechanism of train health monitoring system based on Ethernet,4G network and WLAN network has been put forward according to the basis of existing train and maintenance health monitoring.The convergence of the transmission network of the health monitoring nodes are completed and then transmit it to the STM32F407VET6 kernel through the Ethernet,the compatible frame protocols of different types of data and 'many to one'anti-collision communication control scheme are designed because of the dissimilarity of various health data types.At the same time,the kernel sends the train health information from 4G and WLAN wireless network to the backstage server,and proposes the judgement to the vertical handover scheme of RSSI and the mechanism of health information loss prevention in the process of switching.In this thesis,the power supply circuit of communication system,the 4G network communication circuit and WLAN network communication circuit and the key auxiliary circuit of the system are designed.The monitoring server in the background can monitor the health state of the train in real time,evaluate the health condition and analyze the malfunction,and judge whether the train is in the sub-health state through the analysis,so as to realize the advance prediction of the health state of the train.This mechanism can predict the train failure in advance before the train failure.In this thesis,the communication and transmission hardware platform of the train health monitoring system is established,which can effectively transmit the train health status information to the background server in real time.Compared with the traditional manual detection method,the embedded train health monitoring communication system not only improves the maintenance efficiency and service life of the train,but also reduces the maintenance cost and produces great economic benefits.Moreover,it is more conducive to the rapid development and safe operation of high-speed rail in China,which promotes the economic development of the areas along the railway line,and thus has a broad application prospect in rail transit.
