Electric power industry is a significant basic industry.Reliable power supply is a significant processes for economic and social development and people’s livelihood.As the second largest economy in the world,China’s GDP has exceeded 100 trillion yuan for the first time in 2020,and the economy has achieved huge growth,which is inseparable from the reliable supply of electricity.In the context of comprehensively optimizing the business environment,"access to electric power" has become one of the important indicators.At the same time,ensuring the quality of power user projects has become an important link.The quality of user projects is directly related to the timeliness and safety of power consumption.At the moment,there are still many problems in the quality management of user engineering,for example,the lack of ability of project management personnel,the failure of timely updating of project management methods,and the dependence on traditional project management methods are very likely to cause project quality problems,affect the power consumption of users,and then affect the user satisfaction.This paper takes the quality control of Z power user engineering project as the research object.Comprehensively using the research methods of literature analysis and case analysis,this paper studies and establishes the power user project quality control evaluation index system with the power supply company as the control subject.Taking Z project as an example,this paper analyzes its quality control level and existing problems,establishes an analysis model.Find out the important factors of quality control of Z project and put forward the quality control optimization strategy of the construction unit.Firstly,using the method of literature analysis,this paper focuses on the research status of engineering project quality control and power engineering at home and abroad,and analyzes the problems existing in the process of engineering quality control of power users.And use the data analysis method to find out the influencing factors of these problems,so as to provide the basis for the subsequent solutions to control these problems.Using the method of case analysis,taking the user engineering Z project as an example,this paper introduces the general situation of the project,the implementation content of the project,the organization of the project department and the existing quality control system and measures.According to relevant research,experts in power user engineering are invited to establish the index system by using the expert survey method.Using the analytic hierarchy process and the evaluation index system established above,experts in power user engineering are invited to evaluate the importance and obtain the index weight.Through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the quality control level of Z project is evaluated,the quality control level analysis model of Z project is established,and the improvement strategy is put forward for the important factors of Z user’s project quality control.At the same time,the guarantee measures of quality control are put forward from three aspects:personnel organization,management system and important technology of power user engineering.
