This paper proceeds thorough research on the measurement field of dynamic flowrate recently in order to study out certain measurement equipment with low cost,high precision and fast response.The tubine flowmeter which the model number is JW-15was studied in this paper. First, the dynamic differential equation of turbine flow sensor was obtained by fluid mechanics from which it can be known that the dynamic mathematical model of turbine flow sensor is one order inertial link the same as low pass filter. Then,by analysing time and frequency domain characteristics, the bottleneck of dynamic response of turbine flowmeter is the long time constant of transfer function and narrow frequency band which make high frequency signal be filtered. At last, using pole-zero suppressing theory did the dynamic compensation on turbine flow sensor,and from MATLAB simulation figure it can be seen that the response time changed from2.56s to100ms. In orde to verify whether the dynamic compensation is feasible or not, some dynamic simulation experiments were done, and it can be seen from the experimental datas which have been processed that the compensation effect is good.
