The vibration of hydraulic system is a commom problem,it not only affects the normal operation of related equipments,but also produces noise pollution,which harms physical and mental health of the staff. The researching object is hydraulic system of a company KDQ680 automatic hydraulic press distributing device.The hydraulic system is used to drive distributing device for pushing away bricks and distributing powder. During the equipment operation process, the strong vibration and generated noise seriously affected normal use of the equipment when the hydraulic cylinder retracted. Therefore,it is a practical and significant paper to explore the characteristics of vibration and take corresponding measures to eliminate vibration.Firstly,this paper introduced the working process and fault phenomenon of hydraulic system,and found the direct reason of the vibration of hydraulic system was valve piston vibrating of the proportional valve by measuring and analyzing the pressure signal of the system and the displacement of valve piston.Secondly, analyzed the axial force of the valve piston and the micro change of the steady-state flow force,established the linear relationship between spool displacement and pressure of the valve inlet,obtained the steady-state flow force stiffness by fluent simulation and fitting of a polynomial,and calculated the viscous damping coefficient of the valve piston. Analysing the stability of the proportional valve on the basis of the above work,which obtained the main factors that influence the stability of the proportional valve.Finally, the model of proportional valve and constant pressure variable pump was established with AMESim,carried on the dynamic and static simulation analysis.Based on the model,established the model of hydraulic system of the distributing device and carried on simulation analysis. Simulated conclusions is consistent with theoretical analysis. The hydraulic system was improved,validated by simulation analysis and field test. The results show the ideas are effective,and the vibration problem of hydraulic system was solved.
