Multi-way valve can realize the control of load-sensibility of different actuators and ithas the characteristic of compact structure, simple connection and the little pressure loss,Multi-way valve has become the main and core component in the construction machineryindustry. because of the low research capability in domestic,so they can not producehigh-performance and qualified hydraulic multi-way valve, apparently, it can hardly meetthe requirements of the customer. Therefore it has great significance to research multi-wayvalve, based on the load sensitive proportional multi-way valve produced by a company inchina,in the experiments, with appearing the phenomen of the big flow hysteresis,theimpact of change,the impact of pressure,spool seizing up,the displacement of hydrauliccylinder etc,this paper mainly accomplish the follow work to improve the property ofMulti-way valve.Firstly,by analyzing the principle of load sensitive proportional multi-way valve andcalculating the orifice area and steady-state flow force, we can derive the transfer functionfor proportional pressure-reducing valve controlling the main valve,and analyze the theoryof series and parallel of fluidic resistor,research the effect of the response characteristics ofthe displacement of the main spool,and stability by changing the damping hole and resetspring stiffness.Secondly,research the theory of system identification and identify the modeling ofload sensitive proportional multi-way valve, research the effect of the pressure of controlchamber, the response characteristics of the displacement of the main spool,thecomprehensive damoing ratio of the system,etc,by changing the size of the damping hole.and test the parameter of theoretical modeling.Thirdly,build model of important components of load sensitive proportionalmulti-way valve by AMESim,and test the model, with the simulation model of theintegrated valve,analyze the effect of the pressure of control chamber, the impact ofpressure, the displacement of hydraulic cylinder,etc, by changing the size of the dampinghole, and choose the best damping hole. At last,through test platform,test the experiment of the impact of pressure,and carryon.the experiment research on the flow hysteresis, the displacement of hydraulic cylinderetc.
