Research On Interactive Landscape Facility Design In Residential Area

In China, during the process of urban residential area construction, the landscape facility construction has become a hot issue because of the increasingly higher demand of community outdoor space quality from the residents. The landscape facility construction is one of the important components of the residential area environment construction, and it plays a significant role in the residents’ daily life, which affect their behavior and psychology. While, there are still some defects can be found in the contemporary layout and design of the urban residential area that most of the residents prefer to live in their own world without going outside to take part in the social activities. Naturally, the residential environment construction has been ignored among the modern people. The deficiency of social activities and low quality of residential environment will result in the insufficient sense of belonging in community, thereby lowering the cohesion among the resident, social and ecological landscape.In this paper, based on the analysis of the present residential landscape construction and design, the concept of interactive landscape facility design is involved. Then, analyzing the theory and method of the interactive landscape facility design and utilizing the real case to prove the practicality.This paper firstly pointed out the problems in landscape facility after analyzing the status of domestic and overseas landscape facility design. Afterwards, it presented the main content, methodology and application value of the research.Afterwards, the basic theory and creative thinking of the concept of interactive landscape facility design was expatiated, and this concept was introduced to improve the residents’ life quality by analyzing the relevant method and technologies. After further analyze of the solutions, putting forward the design method which meets the requirement of Chinese based on domestic and overseas successful cases.Finally, some real projects, such as the personally designed project Huan Zi Lake Bao Dao Apartment Facility Design and some overseas famous cases, will be utilized to prove the practicality for leading a healthy development of the residential landscape design. It also analyzed the prospect of development of the concept.
