Evaluation Study Of Commercial Facility Of Economic Housing Residential District In Hangzhou

The government of Zhejiang Province has revoked the city of Xiaoshan and Yuhang,changed them into district attached to Hangzhou in 2001.Fuyang also changed to a district of Hangzhou in 2014.Hangzhou has experienced a large territory expansion in a short 15-years.Housing Projects,which mostly the Economic Housing guided by the government,also experienced a cyclical development in the process of rapid economic development of Hangzhou in recent years.The large Economic Housing Residential District settled in the edge of city early time now is a part of main area of the downtown,but still a little different from the mature urban atmosphere.This article focused on the problem of these Economic Housing Residential District during the development of city and adjustment of policy.The research and analysis,which based on the Commercial facility of Beijingyuan Residential District,aimed to set up a evaluation system of Economic Housing Residential District in Hangzhou.The main part of this article is a methodology to establish an evaluation system.This paper mainly consisted of five chapters.The first chapter put forward the purpose and methods of research,and gave an interpretation of current situation in Economic Housing.The policy evolution and present layout of Economic Housing are analysed in the second chapter.Policies and regulations of Commercial facility also explained in this chapter.The third part of this article is the detailed analysis of Beijingyuan Residential District.Space structure from layout,commercial activities from actual investigation and questionnaire survey are three aspects of analysis in this part.The fourth chapter set up an evaluation system in Commercial facility of Economic Housing Residential District via method of AHP on the basis of commercial service facilities specification,bonding to the questionnaire of Beijingyuan Residential District.The fifth chapter of this article explains the significance and operation of evaluation system.Furthermore,some problems,which are associated in the process of research,are summarized and prospected at last.
