Study On The Ecological Landscape Design Of Miniature Residential District

As urbanization continues to accelerate,it is urgent to resolve the ecological environment deterioration in the urban development.City is a comprehensive ecological system and human is the center of the urban ecological system.Therefore,the construction of ecological environment in urban community directly affects the life quality of urban resident an the realization of constructing the ecological city.On the basis of studying the residential ecological theory an practice,combied with the study of ecological landscape design theory of Geling Town,the main results are as follows:1. It is suggested that the residential district was divided into ecological community served for organism an plant community for human.The independent ecological community avoided the disturbance and damage of greenbelt,improved the ecological effect of residential district and relived the cost of management and maintenance.In the design of artificial communities,different plant communities were arranged according to different function of residential district.Therefor,it is realized the harmony of ornamental plant,health plant and defence.2. The concept of protecting the local history and culture were setted in the landscape design of residential district.Thelandscape renovation of obsoleting railway in Geling Town,the facilities of landscape an indigenous weeds,such as landscape pavilion,pergola and Iris ensata,Setara glauca,were added to the foudation of original raiway siding.Therefor,in the point of urban landscape construction,rural landscape combined with the industrial culture could greatly reduced the cost of landscape costruction.3. The idea of rainwater utilization and management were introduced in the residential district and combined with the landscape design.The objective of closuring the rainwater was realized by using the simple methods an materials,and minor investment,so that the water resource was saved and the pressure of flood discharge was alleviated.With the progress of technology and further theoretical research of ecology and urban ecology, the ecological city and ecological residential district would also constantly develop.
